All (rising 9th graders, too) are invited to attend JMHS Field Hockey Green Days this summer!! Please come prepared to play (water bottle, stick, mouthguard, shinguards, goggles--I have extras). 

I MUST HAVE AN EMERGENCY CARE CARD AND RECENT PHYSICAL (must be after May 1, 2017) BEFORE YOU CAN PLAY! Make sure to complete these and turn them into Main Office anytime during summer. You can not participate in Green Day practices OR tryout without these. 

Dates and times of Green Days: Monday July 10, Wednesday July 12, Monday July 17, and Wednesday July 19.
